Why would the church cut itself off from love?

The church should be one place where we can expect love.

True love.

Unconditional love.

Where the ethic of love is practiced consistently and always.

For all of us.

I sometimes experienced the church as a place of love, but I couldn't count on it.

But I know some people who can NEVER count on it.
